Departure:  We pick up you, our valued guest, from your accommodation free of charge, and take you to the breakfast spot around 4-5 in the morning (you will be informed one day before your tour depending on seasonal, intensity and weather conditions).

Activity: After our complimentary breakfast, we move to the hot air balloon spot. While the balloon is slowly inflated and ready for flight, we receive information about our flight from our pilots. Afterwards, we get on the basket of the balloon and mingle with the sky! Balloons, which are dream vehicles without a steering wheel or rudder, listen to the wind and determine its route accordingly. In other words, each flight is different from the next, each route is independent of each other. Although the heights change, we go up to about 300 meters with our balloon. For 1-1.5 hours, we see the valleys meeting the sun's rays, the spreading of the rays in waves, the camel-like fairy chimney below, the 3 beauties, the stone houses spread over the slopes, and we take pictures.

On Which Day of My Vacation Should I Fly?
We recommend booking a balloon tour right after you arrive in Cappadocia. The reason for this is that if the balloon tour is canceled due to weather conditions such as wind and rain, you can fly the next day. Having days in reserve will ensure your flight.

Is the Balloon Tour Done in All Seasons?
Yes. We carry out this tour, which offers different beauties in every season, 12 months of the year, provided that the wind speed is maximum 11 km and there is no heavy rain and stormy weather.

What are the things I need to take with me?
Since you will be traveling with a basket, we recommend that you choose comfortable clothes and flat-soled shoes and remember that it will be cool in summer and frosty in winter as it will be early in the morning. Oh, by the way, don't forget to take your camera!

Why does the balloon take place so early in the morning?
Because balloons are hot air balloons and flight cannot be made as the air heats up. It can be done later in the winter due to the weather permitting.

How many meters / height does the balloon rise?
It goes up to +600 meters because we try not to exceed +300 meters in order to capture better scenery and take photos. At some points, we go down almost to the fairy chimneys.

What happens to my money if the balloon tour is canceled due to weather conditions?
In case of cancellation due to weather conditions, we can provide uninterrupted immediate refunds or transfers to the next day.

Are Balloon Tours Safe? Combustion Unit Goes Out. What Happens?
Our company, which has been making Cappadocia balloon tours for about 16 years, works with experienced pilots who have FFA CIVIL AVIATION license, have undergone serious training and have made a high number of test flights. In addition, continuous and regular inspections are carried out by the Ministry of Transport and Maritime Affairs. After these inspections, we also provide compulsory flight insurance to the balloons.

Thus, there is no unsafe situation with the fully equipped hot air balloons, where serious accidents are very rare.

If the burning unit goes out during the flight, the second burner (burning unit) is activated, and if there is a problem with it, the third burner is activated. The probability of all these possibilities going negative is already very, very low. Even in this case, the balloon descends at the speed of a parachute.
