Easy Cancellation

ONLINE EASY CANCELLATION 

1- Log in to your membership account on the top right of our website.
2- Click on the link of the tour you have booked and click on the contact button
3- After filling in the blanks, enter only the card number on the front of your card you made the payment with in the message section.
4- When you click the OK button, your refund process starts. Your refund will be reflected on your card as soon as possible according to your bank's transaction order.

IMPORTANT! If the expiry date of the card you paid for has expired or your card has changed for any reason, you must enter the information of your new card, which was given to you instead of your old card. Please specify this in the description section.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

A) Cancellation by Participant

1- General Cancellation: To start time
   - 7 days before the full payment is refunded and changes are made without interruption
   - 3-6 days before 50% of the payment is non-refundable.
   - 0-2 days before no refunds or changes can be made 

2-Free cancellation: To start time
     - Uninterrupted cancellation, refund and change are made up to 24 hours before.

3-Non-refundable cancellation: To start time
 - No cancellation or refund can be made after the payment has been made.

**The cancellation policy in the additional information section of your tour applies!
**Airline cancellation policies apply for the flight ticket part of package tours with an airplane.

EXTEND CANCELLATION PERIOD PACKAGE: Extend your cancellation right up to the last 24 hours by purchasing this package while making a reservation!

B)Cancellation by Agency:
The agency may cancel the tour for reasons such as disaster, flood, earthquake, security, bad weather conditions, lack of the minimum number of participants required for the movement, provided that it is informed in advance.
In this case, the participant has the right;
1-Uninterrupted refund of the paid price,
2-Participation in a different date or tour offered by the agency, if necessary, by paying an additional fee,
3-To be refunded the price difference if s/he chooses a package tour with a lower cost,
