Macahel Maral Waterfall Tour

We are on our way to Maçahel, which was declared the first and only biosphere reserve area of ​​our country by UNESCO in 2005. In the center of Macahel (Camilli Village), you will have the opportunity to see our border with Georgia very closely. We will see a historical wooden mosque decorated with colorful patterns inspired by old traditions. After our mosque visit, we will have the opportunity to taste local home-cooked meals, included in the price, in a village house with a magnificent view in Iremit District. Leaving Macahel after our lunch, We continue to Maral Village. After we can reach a certain place with our vehicle, we reach Maral Waterfall with a walk of about 20 minutes. The waterfall is poured from a height of about 63 meters in a single break. In order to see the waterfall closely, we go down a 20-30m steep path. It is certainly not difficult for this, but it cannot be said that it is very easy. We will encounter a gazebo, and if we are lucky, we will have the opportunity to sip tea or coffee against the waterfall.
